Military & Overseas Civilian Voting

Under federal law, the Uniformed and Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act, 42 U.S.C. 1973ff-1, et. seq., and state law, N.J.S.A.19:59-1, et seq., military voters and overseas civilian voters from New Jersey have the right to vote in federal elections by absentee ballot.
