Welcome to the U. S. Senate Special Election reimbursement page.
Below are the documents and instructions necessary to apply for reimbursement. Each county office or municipality will download and complete their specific forms. Upon completion of the forms they will be submitted to the County Board of Election or their designee.
When completing the forms if there are sections that do not apply to your office please place a "0" in that field. This will allow the State to determine that no reimbursement is being requested as opposed to a possible missed field which will result in an incomplete submission.
Please note that the County Board of Election download will also include the county summary and final submission documents.
